WARRANTY
TIC Express warrants each of our compatible and remanufactured toner cartridges to be free of defects in both material and workmanship for the life of the cartridges. We guarantee that our toner cartridges will not cause damage to your laser printer. If at any time our products do not meet performance standards, TIC Express will replace all products or credit the items. Should we find that our cartridge incurred damage to your printer, we will repair the printer free of charge or reimburse you for all of your repair and service charges. TIC Express will not be responsible for toner failure due to improper installation, or abuse of the products. TIC will NOT replace EMPTY or NON-TIC products.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS
All defective returns must be pre-authorized by TIC Express and have a Return Authorization number. We will replace any defective product up to 1 year from the purchase date. Please contact your sales representative for further RMA instructions.
PRODUCT RETURNS
All non-defective returns must be in resalable condition. Do NOT write on the boxes. Special order items are NON RETURNABLE. Unused toners may be returned within 15 days with no restocking fee. Return shipping will be at the customers expense. Restocking fee of 20% will be applied if returned in 45 days.
ORDER DISCREPANCY & DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
All order discrepancies must be reported to TIC Express within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide us with your purchase order number to report any shortages in shipments. If your package was damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier.
